The staff was absolutely amazing. When I had to rearrange my schedule very last minute, Lucy at the front desk, was able to take care of my needs without moving me from my room. As my husband was undergoing a major medical procedure with some unexpected complications, not having to leave my room for another was extremely helpful. Housekeeping was wonderful taking care of my room and seeing I had the essentials without having to ask. The heated pool and hot tub was open till later. The gym was open 24 hours and by having these extended hours I was able to use all the facilities offered.

Upon our arrival, the woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming. She asked about our trip and went on to give us great information about the university and the area. The room was very comfortable and clean, and our dinner was delicious.

The breakfast was the best I have had in an American hotel. The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful. The only negative I can think of is that the location is a bit out of the way - two miles from the Penn State campus and the town.
